Not impressed at all. Feels very flimsy and not secure. Today 6/8 mine fell with my phone attached.

Contact us please. You have to be overlooking something simple. We’ve sold hundreds of these, and they’re totally rock solid. We run them on liter bikes at speed, watercraft in rough water, and things FAR more violent than a Ruckus…

Ive put a thousand miles on my bike with my mount and its rock solid. Easy to install, easy to use and have never questioned whether it will stay on or not. I 100% reccomend this to anyone with an R3.
