MNNTHBX Axle Sliders for Husqvarna Vitpilen 401 / Svartpilen 401
About MNNTHBX Axle Sliders for Husqvarna Vitpilen 401 / Svartpilen 401
Full front and rear set of Delrin sliders for the Husqvarna Vitpilen 401 and Svartpilen 401. Superb fit and sano design. Replacement pucks available. NOTE: Bikes running the OEM left side fender/plate mount on the swingarm will require a longer 70mm bolt. (Mention in the notes when placing your order if you need the longer bolt if you are using the original left side fender/plate mount on the swingarm.) Note: Right rear slider will not work with the stock exhaust.

I was worried because I did not feel protected, so I bought both the Frame and Axle sliders. I rushed to install them before a trip. Luckily I did that, because I met some slippery part of the road and fell. The bike did not touch the floor, my left leg reamained under the bike-my foot also slipped and could not remove it soon-but the axle slider created space enough so the bike did not smash my leg. After the fall, the sliders have some bruises which are not visible, and remain in apparent flawless condition. The looks is very good, seem like factory parts. They are perfect!
Only take into account that for the rear/left slider, the screw provided is not appropriate when the base for the read fender is installed, only when you install the slider directly on the rear swing arm. If you have your fender installed, you would need a 70 – 75mm screw.

Nice looking product and easy to install. Haven’t gone down, so can’t speak to durability, but they seem solid, and made of the same material as the frame sliders.
As another noted, the left rear slider will not attach with the included hardware if you still have the stock fender attached, but a longer bolt will do the trick.
One small disappointment is that the right rear slider seems just a little wide for the clearance between the swing arm and the exhaust. I’ve noticed that during extreme shock compression, the slider rubs against the exhaust. It’s not terrible and the marks are minimal, but they are there. It’s surprising that there isn’t enough clearance for that gap given the these are bike-specific sliders. w

Work great on my 2020 Svartpilen 401! Look inconspicuous. As others mentioned, I had to get a longer screw for the left rear slider.

Great sliders. Look good with the Vitpilen 401. I have a 2019. I havent tested them yet, but I do think they will protect the bike in a slide. I bought the frame sliders as well. The rear sliders are designed to work with an after market exhaust and a bike that already has the fender eliminator done.

Unfortunately got to test these out today, safe to say they did their job and took 90% of the damage from a low side, the bar end and peg took the rest. Probably the best $40 i’ve spent.

I bought these sliders for both the rear and front axles (long bolt for the stock plate) for the 2022 Svartpilen 401. The wrong bolt hardware was sent but MNNTHBX was able to get me the correct hardware for the 2022 model, so now they work great.

These are great but could just use a little installation diagram. I have the ‘22 Svartpilen and i just spent a while on the rear left side before realizing i need bolt that’s about 5mm shorter than the long bolt that’s sent.
Otherwise very very nice!

These things shipped fast and look sleek. They even sent me extra hardware at no cost when I accidentally ordered the wrong stuff. Here’s hoping they never need to get used!
