S23 BIG BORE ENGINE KIT & STAGE 4 PERFORMANCE KIT- HONDA NAVI at MNNTHBX The Honda Navi comes from the factory with 109cc's and this kit will bump it up to a 125cc bike. Big Bore kit includes the following items:
  • 53mm cylinder - 125cc (Cast Iron)
  • 53mm piston - 125cc
  • Piston rings
  • Piston pin
  • Piston clips
  • Gaskets for cylinder head and base, and timing chain tensioner.
  • ** Add the optional STAGE 4 Performance Kit that includes a High Output Camshaft, upgraded Performance Carburetor & High Flow Intake Kit that turns your Navi into a completely different motorcycle. **
    CAMSHAFT DETAILS: The cam is designed for maximum horsepower, while retaining the stock decompression system to allow better starting with big bore setups. Valve Clearance -- IN:0.08-0.1mm & EX: 0.18-0.2mm   CARB & INTAKE DETAILS: Polini CP 21mm Carburetor, 2TR made in USA carb adapter, Pilot jet kit, Main jet kit including a wide range of jets & a S23 Black Airfilter.
