What are the materials? We print in an Onyx base material, which is superior to PLA, nylon, and other common options in terms of strength, heat, and chemical resistance. We also have the ability to add continuous strand carbon, building dimensional strength qualities stronger than 6061 aluminum.
Can we design a product for you? No. We can advise on, and print files provided to us.
What is the process? Email your .stl file to info@mnnthbx.com for a free quote. (please include some detail as to what the use and strength requirements will be)
What are the options? Well, that depends…. If you need to have a simple prototype for fitment testing, we can run it far more hollow (cheaper and faster). If you need a non critical part with strength, we can run greater infill characteristics. Something crazy strong required? We can add continuous strand carbon. With a decade of printing experience, we’ll be happy to advise you on what would best fit your needs, and provide pricing options.
Will we steal your product idea? NO CHANCE. If you know anything about our history, you know we’ve created dozens of innovative products, only to have them knocked off by other companies. The thought of that makes us vomit in our mouth a little. Your piece is in a vault with us….
How do I pay? Once you send the .stl file, we’ll provide a quote based on your requirements. If that works for you, we’ll start printing once payment is made via PayPal to info@mnnthbx.com.
